My experience with Jennifer Hawkins was top notch. She was on top of everything in detail. Jennifer helped guide me in the staging for my open house which was a total success in receiving the accepting offer on the first day. Typically the sellers are not present during an open house but my home was an older home and I thought it would help if I was present, in the background, for any questions; Jennifer allowed it.
